Our Mother and Baby yoga class provides a gentle stretch for you, whilst incorporating play and smiles for your baby.
The yoga we practice in this class is suitable for beginners or regular yoga takers. I set a relaxed pace, then you do what works for you and baby. π§π
Location: Fulford Social Hall
Mondays 12pm - 1pm Β£8 per class.

Chair yoga provides an alternative and accessible route into better movement, flexibility, balance and strength.
Itβs a great way to incorporate a gentle stretch into your day whatever your level of practice or exercise schedule.
My new Sit, Stretch and Shine Chair Yoga class will be starting from Fulford Social Hall this Monday (11am).
All levels welcome, although this is a slow, ease and flow class set at a steady pace.

Iβve practiced Yoga since my 20βs often finding relief from a corporate job sat at a desk all day π€¦ββοΈ
When I turned 40 I decided to make it a vocation. The only way I was going to get my stretch on regularly!
My main ethos with YuDu is that itβs all about you and how you want to do Yoga. Stretching and movement is such an important part of life so anything is better than nothing!
