MONTHLY UPDATE AND NEW MONTHLY CHALLENGE! 😖
Is it August already? It definitely is and we hope you’ve all enjoyed the weather this month! ☀️
We have a new monthly challenge, and it’s a tough one…a hang tough!

We also have an update on our entry pod. We are currently awaiting a brand new custom door to be delivered from Italy. We apologise profusely for any delay and we are doing everything we can to get it fixed as soon as possible.
In the meantime, staff will be monitoring the door during peak hours to reduce queuing times as much as possible and help you get on with your workouts as quickly.

WHAT WE GET UP TO! 🚴
You may have noticed that our GM has been away recently. He’s currently up in sunny Scotland about take on the NC500 all in aid of raising money for 🏴
David will be cycling 511 (FIVE HUNDRED AND ELEVEN) miles solo over 2 days! 😱 To prepare, he’s cycled over 8,500 kilometres this year and put in over 300 hours of preparation.
are a York based charity who through activities and counselling, support men and help improve people’s lives, aiming to reduce the su***de rate of men in York.
