Many people think that gaining muscle involves lifting heavy weights, however the best way to increase muscle mass is to do high volume at lower weights (6-12 reps 50-75% 1 rep max). This will give maximum muscle gain for the exercise you’re doing and following this you will see gains much quicker 💪
