Bullying has no place. Think before you speak, type, or take a screenshot.

Over the last few weeks, we have witnessed the horrific impacts of online bullying, from people publicly giving up on careers, closing businesses, or devastatingly feeling like their only option is to complete su***de.

Bullying, on all levels, can be incredibly damaging, whether it happens face-to-face or behind a screen. And while online comments, messages and posts can sometimes feel like “just words”, their impact can be very real.

Behind every profile and business is a real person, with real feelings. We never know what someone may already be dealing with, or how much words could affect them.

The consequences of bullying can be devastating. So before you speak, comment, post, share or join in, pause and think. Is it kind? Is it necessary? Is is constructive?

You may have seen me mention that I’m a British Grooms Association (BGA) Certified Freelancer, but what does that actually mean for my customers?
