For the last 6 months we've been working quietly but relentlessly to build something the strength community can be proud of 💪.

In a sport that's becoming increasingly expensive for athletes, our priority is simple: keep costs low for you, the athletes, without compromising standards. Heavy events should be accessible, fair and open to everyone who wants to step up and take part 🏋‍♀️.

Part of that process has involved putting together this board of volunteers that are making it all happen 👏.

We're delighted to announce we have formed an official athletic partnership with JaDex Performance Physiotherapy and Rehab 🤝

Many of you will now be familiar with Kit from JaDex who's been attending events and providing support to athletes. Anyone who has been treated by Kit knows just how good he is at what he does and by pairing WHEA GB up with JaDex, we hope to help our athletes perform at their best, all year round 💪

As licensed WHEA GB athletes, you will have access to support from JaDex Performance Physiotherapy and Rehab at WHEA GB competitions as well as year round discounted treatment 👌

Full event rules and event weights will be published and sent out to qualifiers following the final qualifier on April 12th 💪.

Top 3 in each Championship category will also secure their spot at the World Championships in Canada 🌎🇨🇦🏆.

You have 7 days left to secure your spot in one of the three qualifiers.
