Elysia is proof that hard work and commitment really pays off.

She started with 2 years ago and wanted to loose some weight and build more confident in the gym after a few bad experiences. We focused mainly on building healthy habits by having a sustainable calorie goal, increasing daily movements and following her online program.

Overtime, Elysia has completely changed her lifestyle to become stronger and fitter and I couldn’t be more proud of her. I am super excited for her to get married later this year 💜

I can’t believe it’s been 4 years since I started my business. Going self employed was definitely challenging but it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. I’ve met some truly amazing people and it’s been incredibly rewarding to help them create real change in their lives.

Over the last 4 years, I’ve coached clients through face-to-face PT and online coaching, and I’ve seen how both can work when they fit the person.

2025 was a year to remember! I hit my goal of being fully booked, ran not one but two 10k's, and supported clients through big milestones like pregnancy journey, 2 weddings and carer change. I changed up my fitness routine to focus on functional fitness and it's been awesome. Although my content wasn't where I wanted it to be, I'm excited for a fresh start in the new year.

November photo dumps 💜

I can’t believe that we are nearly at the end of the year already! November was such a good month for me and my clients. There was new movements learnt and form perfected.

1. Got my hair cut
2. The ooddie made a come back
3. Did a workout with Amy and got a new sled push pb 155kg!
4. My amazing client got a new shoulder press PB. She’s gone 4kg DBs to 22kg!
5. My baby in the snow (she hated it)
6. Katie smashing her RDLs as always
7. Did a lot of school with fizz as it’s starting to get darker earlier
8. My friend came for a cheeky session
9. Got some flowers
10. Jade perfecting pendlay rows and a new PB of 32.5kg

October definitely kept me busy

1. Only did a few runs but that one was my favourite

My after work routine is a lot short than most as I finish work at 8pm and start early most morning but I wouldn’t change it for the world
