Huge congratulations to Gillian and Melvyn Allison for winning the Yorkshire Herald Mixed Foursomes at Fulford Golf Club yesterday ! A fantastic net 67 beating Carol and Steve Simpson from Malton & Norton Golf Club on countback with Angela Carroll and Ian Cunningham from Tadcaster Golf Club coming third. A fantastic day, brilliant support from Fulford with Neil Bellamy on starter duties, Charles Ireland on registration and scoring - the bar and catering staff looking after everyone and the course - magnificent as always.

With the weather finally turning milder, we’re delighted to see the golf course beginning to respond 🌱
The recent improvement in conditions means our greenkeeping team can really get going and you’ll start to notice more definition and shape returning across the course. From fairways to surrounds, it’s great to see everything slowly coming back to life after the colder months.
There’s still plenty of work ahead, but these early signs of growth are a welcome step in the right direction - exciting times ahead! ⛳

What a fantastic day we had at Captains Drive-In this Saturday! From start to finish, it was filled with great company, plenty of laughs, and a real sense of excitement for the season ahead.
As the evening rounded off such a brilliant day, it was the perfect way to celebrate and officially welcome our incoming captains. We’re delighted to have you leading us into the year ahead, and we wish you every success in your roles.

Here’s to a year of great golf, strong camaraderie, and many memorable moments on and off the course. ⛳️

Spring is here 🌿⛳️
The fairways are waking up, the trees are beginning to bud and there’s a fresh feeling in the air that only this time of year can bring! It’s always special watching the course come back to life after the quieter winter months.
A couple of snapshots taken this week, just the beginning of what’s to come. We’re looking forward for a new season of golf ⛳️🏌️‍♀️🏌️‍♂️

Not only are they preparing the course for the season ahead, but they’ve also been working tirelessly to tidy up following the winter’s woodland management work.

To say we’re still only in March, the course is looking great and shaping up beautifully. Exciting times ahead! 🌱⛳

After the Annual Meeting we enjoyed fabulous food from the amazing chef, Ben, and his team, were brilliantly looked after by Jack and the bar crew, and then finished the night with a proper knees-up.
