My main takeaway from this walk down memory Lane is how much I’m so glad I began keeping a track of how I was feeling and what was going on for me.
If I never had done I would never be able to reflect on how far I have come 🙏🏽

I am SO proud of me. And the thing is I am still evolving & growing every. single. day 😍

Can’t wait to read my journal from today in another 2 years time!

My words of wisdom here?
Document it all.
Be thankful for it all.
When it’s hard, be so determined for better that there is literally no other option, even if you’re heading there through sheer grit & determination 💛

I think the biggest realisation that I had at the start of my self development journey was that *struggle is a choice*

And no of course I don’t mean those situations and circumstances in life we literally cannot control.

I mean that often we just choose that we are a victim of our own self sabotage and we just totally accept that and dwell in it. 😔

I lived that way FOR YEARS. 👀

I can’t even remember how anymore, but I remember having that lightbulb moment of 💡 oh, I don’t HAVE to feel so sad, stuck, helpless with my life?!

I can change the way I think/feel? 😬

Wtf 🤯😂

Even now, sometimes I have to catch myself when I’m spiralling into a pity party, ‘are you CHOOSING’ for this situation to be a struggle hannah?’

And sometimes no the struggle is valid.

But often times, we kinda like the struggle. Cause then we get to be helpless, avoid discomfort etc etc.
Which sometimes we need to admit to ourselves, we kinda like that.

But do we like that more then life just working in our favour, exactly as we want?

Of course not.

So sometimes, we just need to catch & ask ourselves-
Am I choosing this struggle? Do I want to decide right now to choose different? 💚

But jokes aside- if you’re feeling frustrated at your self sabotaging habits, spending a little time getting REALLY self aware about them could just be the thing that sets you off with a slightly different mentality next week. ✨

Awareness 👉🏼 understanding 👉🏼 new perspective 👉🏼 new thought 👉🏼 new emotional response 👉🏼 new action = 😍 different outcome 😍

Plan your week according to the cosmos! 🪐

Oh there is a method & a reason as to why we tend to do things on certain days, when a certain energy is more aligned it makes sense to utilise it to our advantage! 🌞

Have a little think about any small shifts you can make to your week to bring your routine into a little more energetic alignment; maybe you could make a Friday evening your ritual time, or you go through your finances every 1st Thursday of the month?!

I know how frustrating it can feel in the present moment when it feels like the things we are trying to manifest in our lives just arnt happening…

It gets so easy to get all in our heads, completely self sabotage, and actually end up a million miles in the opposite direction of being aligned with what we are creating!

When you feel yourself spiralling PULL BACK. Zone out until you can hold the energy for the bigger picture.

Right now if you can’t hold the energy for making 10 sales and ££££ in 1 week- pull yourself back to ‘I’m on the journey of creating a business that will support me for the rest of my LIFE’ (or whatever context is more relevant to you!)

Once you can hold the energy for the bigger picture again, you are able to then zone in and tweak what’s not working.

Just don’t self sabotage 🙏🏽 you can do this. I gotchu 😊

Personal power & success comes from personal development- be that of the mind, the body, or the soul 🙏🏽

And I get it, we live in a world of instant gratification- we want everything yesterday, from our hot bods, to our success accolades, to our asos parcels 😂

But we know, things of the highest quality take time. 🥂

The wedding gown that takes months to create is if a higher calibre then the fast fashion dress.
The exquisite meal that took hours to prepare tastes better then the one in the microwave.

The most opulent things are not rushed.

Treat yourself accordingly.

Allow yourself to marinate, you are not a ready meal 😂😂😂😂

3 unexpected things that helped me on my journey to become *that girl* 👌🏼🥂

Cause it’s not just all exercise, good good food & good vibes (but they all deffo help!)

🍬organising my life 🍬
I’ve always been super organised, but only recently released I love it, because it just makes me feel like ✨that bitch✨ seriously, boujee diary, aesthetic trello board, colour coordinated Google sheet 👌🏼*chefs kiss

🍬made time for myself🍬
Speaking of being organised, I started scheduling time for my self-care & mindset work. If it’s on the trello you can’t forget/postpone! This could look like time baking, or doing a personal development course, but making these part of my scheduled day, only served me for the better!

🍬had fun🍬
Sounds obvious right but sometimes life can be so busy and serious we kinda just forget 🙃 I set a New Years intention to do something new at least once a month to keep me experiencing new things, and even with my day to day life, I set myself the task of seeing how I could make everything more fun. Cleaning my home? That now entails EarPods on and becomes an 80s karaoke sesh!

Save this post and implement at least one (but hopefully all!) this weekend! 😊
