Applications close on 11th August 2026.

Is this course right for you?

This is for anyone over 18 years of age who wants to build on their open water experience by leading a group of up to eight swimmers from within the water. You should have previous experience of open water swimming and be able to swim at least 800 meters continuously on your front.

Plus, here at Allerthorpe, our friendly watersports team are on hand to help you get comfortable and confident on the water, with safety boat cover on the lake for added peace of mind.
