Sorry all! My feet are having to take a break from high impact Zumba Fitness.
Awaiting a bunion operation ,rather then stopping our evening workout meetings I’m offering Pure Stretch class at 6:30-7:30pm at the Village Hall. Interested? Let me know x

Summer is here and with it the holidays and breaks and family visits and everything what goes with this time of the year.
Zumba fitness classes on Monday and Thursday at 6:30-7:30 pm will now stop running until first week in September .
Wednesday Zumba Gold is going to stay running as normal throughout the summer.

Wednesday 09:30am - zumba Gold
Thursday 18:30 - Zumba fitness
19:30 - Pure Stretch

Let’s get started this year as we mean to go on : with plenty of motivation and commitment to heath for body and mind xx

We are doing our Zumba class in community space situated in TESCO on Tadcaster Road! 6:30-7:30pm as normal... today and Monday next week! Don't get lost shopping 😂

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Tracey Hodgson for starting the Zumba class for me and getting the group going while I was stuck in traffic today! She got on stage and moved everyone for the whole 5 min without any music at all!!! True talent 💃💃💃💃💃
