So beyond proud of these two!!

They've both gone way out of their comfort zones even to try a new sport! Let alone sign up and train for York's Strongest Woman!

They've both pushed themselves in training, got some massive personal bests (and a lot of new gym kit ๐Ÿ˜‚) along the way and are ready to show off all their hard work today!!

3 hard truths about fat loss...

From a trainer with over 12 years of fat-loss and body recomp coaching experience...

1๏ธโƒฃ Building muscle should be the main priority... greater muscle mass increases metabolism, improving fat burning abilities, even when you're sleeping! Building some muscle will also help to shape your body so that you're not left looking like a small version of your bigger self...

2๏ธโƒฃ You're probably going to need to eat more than you think you need to... you cannot starve yourself to looking and feeling good! Eat your fuel your body to function and to fuel and recover from your workouts ... fat loss will come from a well nourished body... It's important to make sure to eat enough carbohydrates, protein and fats to@help your body to work at its best!

3๏ธโƒฃ One workout per week is not going to give you the results you're looking for... you should be aiming for 3-6 sessions per week in order for your body to make the adaptations needed in order to build muscle ...

If you like the tingle or you take a pre-workout that doesnโ€™t tingle or you donโ€™t take pre-workout, this video is not for you! Unless you donโ€™t take it coz of the tingleโ€ฆ ๐Ÿ‘€ If you donโ€™t like the tingle that you get from your pre-workout; just add carbs!The tingle is caused by Beta-Alanineโ€ฆ To make the tingle stop; add carbsโ€ฆ options include (but not limited to) fruit juice, a fruit smoothie, any carbs at all that you enjoy, or like me; straight up sugar!! ๐Ÿ‘Œ I heard this from at a talk he was doing at a BodyPower Pro expo in something like 2016/17 and have lived by it ever since!
