😱 16kg down in less than 16 weeks!
This was one of my favourite transformations from last year.
Richard came to me wanting to lose a significant amount of body fat, build muscle and most importantly feel confident in his body again.
Fast forward just under four months…
16kg gone.
Strength massively up.
A completely different physique.
What’s interesting is that nothing about his plan was extreme.
