I’m not sure what it is about the south east corner of Scotland / Berwick area - whether it’s that my maternal line come from there, or whether it’s the people I know who live there, but it feels like a very special place. So it was very wonderful to be there this weekend delivering a couple of yoga sessions for Berwick Meditation Group’s day retreat. Home now. But feeling grateful 🤍

I’m holding an online session where I’ll weave very gentle yoga, a medicine story, meditations and deep rest all together so we can tap into the season of summer and her gifts. There’s no need to be in the northern hemisphere, and experiencing the literal summer - this is a metaphorical practice to help us embrace the summer in a poetic, creative way. People in the southern hemisphere are also welcome! 🤗
