He represented GB at the World single lift championships (WDFPF) in Amsterdam. We are happy to announce that he came 3rd in the 100kg weight class.
That's an unbelievable achievement and we are so proud of him.

He managed some incredible lifts and only weighing 97.5kg.

Deadlift - 275kg
Bench press - 165kg

Well done pal!! Your dedication and hard work is unreal. Keep it going 👍

We've had a bit of bad luck of late. We have lost 3 Treadmills due to faults. 😭😭😭

But with the bad comes the good.👍💪💥

I'm happy to tell you that we have ordered 4 brand new Treadmills and they will be with us in the coming weeks. 🥰
