Sorry we have been so overwhelmed with the demand while we were away and also this week. So much so the website is now down.
We are working really hard to clear the backlog of orders (we are about halfway through now and have 2 collections a day now) and we are getting the website back up and running asap.

Just to let you all know we are going to be taking a week off at the end of the month.

Well that's the last of this batch of 40 wheels in 2 1/2 days which killed the spring of one of our tension metres which is a sad day 😭

This week's challenge was a good one. Someone dropped off a 56" Penny Farthing with a pringle wheel last week for me to sort out. I think they will be happy with the results?

This is my daily view when I'm cutting spokes.
But today we had so many orders over night and today it ended up being 1980 spokes not the usual 800-1000.
If you wondered 1980 cut spokes weighed in at 21.8kg altogether.

Thank you all amazing people, customers old and new, friends and family! 🥰

It has been an amazing year to have shared with you all.
Just a few stats to share with you of how mental it has been.

We have,
Hand built 4271 wheels,
Used/Cut and threaded 289,000 spokes,
Used/Sold 341,000 ni***es,
Shipped to 9 different countries,
Recycled just over 120kg of stainless, 92kg of aluminium, 218kg of mixed steel, 190 tyres and 200+ inner tubes.
Broken 11 spoke keys, 6 ni**le drivers, 2 workshop stools and warn out 3sets of die for our Phil Woods spoke cutters.

We have so much more planned for next year and also so many more spokes and ni***es to put up onto the website.

We will be back on the 2nd January as we will try and get all outstanding orders that have come in over the Christmas break out that day. The emails will take a bit longer, but everything will be back to normal by the Friday.

Once again you have made our year just amazing and it has been a pleasure be the one you have all turned to for your spokes and wheels. ❤️

Just a quick update,

We are still managing to keep up with all your orders and wheel builds, keep them coming.
Our last day for shipping this year (yes it is coming fast) is the 19th December.
We keep a massive stock of over 195,000 items 🤯 and most of Sapim's range so we can keep up with your orders.

We were the first in the UK to start supplying custom cut spokes to you all in 2009 and still remain the largest.
Everything we send out is always tracked and signed for so you can have peace of mind. Any lost post is normally resent within a day of it being reported.
