From this Sunday my Hula hoop fitness class is changing times to 09:30. Come and join us on Ethel Ward Field, Haxby for some out door Hula hooping to get your Sunday Started. All equipment is provided, Classes are £4.

Hi hoopers,

just a quick update on the Heworth class which is now held at 1:15. We are currently on the stray today but are hoping to move to Heworth cricket club, hopefully next week or the following week. Look out for updates to follow….
