Like it or not, to succeed as a business owner you have to:

✅set an income goal for the year
✅decide HOW to make more money
✅increase your prices
✅change your business model from 121 to 1 to many
✅align your belief that you can achieve your desired income
✅make tough decisions about your business
✅sell more
✅track and monitor your money all year

When you don’t do this, you will not grow and your business will suffer.

The harsh reality is, the market will overtake you and you will get to the end of 2026 at the same point as you are now.

My message is some tough love on this soggy Wednesday in February but you cannot expect to grow without planning for more money.

I hear and see so many female business owners who businesses are failing because they are not doing this. And I don’t want you to fail.

This January was slower than previous years, when I’d have my vision, goals and a plan for 2026 already sorted.

With a busy client schedule, bereavement, sorting out the estate of my parent and January weather, I’ve started 2026 slower and without a plan.

January gave me the head and the heart space to decide on the next 11 months ahead.

And with February now here, I am ready to take on the rest of 2026 and achieve some really fabulous goals.

The truth is, this often doesn’t work and rather creates a distraction rather than profit.

What does work is creating ONE offer that creates REAL results for your ready to buy clients.

Still the biggest lie being peddled online...
You have to create MORE content.
Let be real....
You are busy spinning all the plates.
You are following all of the advice from the online experts.
You are modelling behaviour of people who have much more success than you currently do.
You are creating endless content or at least trying too.
You are trying to grow your LinkedIn account, your Instagram account and your page.
You are dabbling with TikTok.
And you've had 'create first Substack' on your to do list for a long time.
It feels relentless and overwhelming.
You feel exhausted spending all your time creating content.
And the frustrating the reality is, it doesn't matter WHAT you do, your business is still not growing at the pace you want or need it to.
There are days when you wonder if you can keep going at this pace.

And what's more you, you will have a flow of clients and income into your business.
Making you feel that it IS possible for you to scale your business in 2026, your confidence will soar and your ability to positively impact others will increase.
