Tuesday transformation and motivation time ๐ช๐ช๐ช
Ben Davitt has been hitting my classes regular now for a year. Absolutely gives 100% every single time. Heโs also followed a strict diet plan from Carl Stannard Which is clearly showing results! Ripped!
Ben simply made a plan and stuck to it. So simple but difficult for some to stick at ๐
Classes are a great way of creating a steady routine. You can plan your other training around them and measure your progress with your weekly performance at the sessions
Bens a good guy to have around too as he can be quite humorous at times ๐. Sometimes
Iโll leave you with Bens own words:
โEnjoy the team spirit down at the classes everyone pushing each other but with personal goals. I always know I can get a VO2 max out of the session which is something I sometimes struggle with training on my own.
Seeing the weight drop and the body start to re shape is always good for motivation. But it was a personal goal to shape up for the summer and the fact Iโd never been below 12% body fatโ
