Most people train hard… but progress slower than they should.
I’m Neil, and I opened my new private personal training studio just off Bishopthorpe Road in November after so many post Covid struggles.
The studio’s pretty full at the moment, so I’m not looking for new clients — I just like sharing useful insights with people locally who enjoy training.
One thing I see all the time: people jump straight into workouts without thinking about how a session is structured. That’s why I’ve put together a 12-week training framework to help you rotate focus between:
• Strength
• Muscular endurance
• Power
Each session is built around six key elements that help you train smarter and progress safely:
Prehab – protect joints, prevent niggles
Movement prep – prime your body for what’s coming
Muscular endurance – build lasting strength
Energy systems development – improve conditioning and stamina
Core work – stability for better performance
Regeneration – mobility and recovery so you can train consistently
Most people skip half of these and wonder why they plateau or pick up injuries.
If you enjoy training and want a clear framework to follow, feel free to use this guide. just reply guide and I'll Dm you it. I can't upload it to this post or I would!
P.S. This all Ai generated in manus for anyone looking to learn or use Ai. Here's a link
