Full time: Oldham 32 - 4 York Acorn Ladies ππ
Please donβt let todayβs result get anyone down. The scoreline was disappointing, but every single one of you put a huge shift in and thatβs all we can ask for as coaches and teammates.
Defensively you all threw yourselves into it against a strong and experienced Oldham side, and in attack both me and Dee could see you trying things weβve been working on in training lately which is great to see. The improvements are there and we keep building week by week.
Special mentions to Kai, Beau, Lily and Sav who were standout performers today π
A massive well done to Kat on your first game for Acorn too! Another newcomer who is going to be a real asset to this team πͺ
Well done to Beau for getting over for our try π
Opposition Player of the Match went to Kai πAnd our Player of the Match was Savannah ππ
Heads up and back to work this week πͺ
