Sorry about the mix up Thursday night all is sorted now. Sessions are normal times on Tuesday and Thursday.

Hi just to let everyone know, training starts tomorrow at Vale of York academy. Please note normal training times Tuesdays 6:30 - 8pm and Thursdays 7pm -8:30pm.
We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible.

Kenshinkan training has now stopped for Christmas. We are hoping to resume training on the 4th January so keep that date in mind. There will be more notices closer to the time.

Thank you to everyone who has been training, this year has been a tricky one, so we thank you for coming down when you can and always training hard. We hope to see you all again in the new year.
