We’ve had a fab 4 weeks of Pilates in the park at Rowntree park! Every Sunday at 9am everyone has been working super hard while improving their core strength and stability.
Sadly there’s only 11 classes left of the summer so if you’ve been thinking of coming along, now’s the time! This Sunday is looking to be a warm one AGAIN!!😁
I’m also planning a special event for the 30th August, where you’ll get an exclusive invite by email before everyone else once you’ve booked in for a class🤩
Classes are relaxed and fun, suitable for beginners and everybody is welcome🤗 £8 per class, you just need to bring a mat or towel. Every 5th class is free!

Some snippets from my love letter to Joseph Pilates and the method he created. I did an English degree and always loved writing, I recently remembered that writing really helped me when I was feeling low.
I’m very happy to get back into writing again and will be posting on my substack weekly, from all things Pilates to my chronic illness. You can find me at Georgiamaypilates.
This piece is quite personal, it’s about my own healing journey, the lineage that kept contrology alive, and why i’ll never apologise for being devoted to the method.
Contrology is so important to be and I love sharing the history of Joe and his method. I’m definitely not an expert but I’m learning so much everyday and will continue to learn for the rest of my life!
Whether you’re new to pilates or you’ve been practicing for years, I think there’s something here for you. You can read article for free, it’s linked in my highlights🫶🏻
