This will be a fantastic few hours of TV for any ballet lover!

Ex-student Luc Foskett and the Royal Ballet Company will be showing their daily warm up live on the Royal Opera House stage in Covent Garden, followed by some rehearsals of up coming ballets and it’s all live streamed directly to your living room!

Thursday 29th October 11.30am.

Follow Royal Ballet and Opera and remember to watch during the half term! 🤩

World Ballet Day will return on Thursday 29 October, and this year's theme is How Stories Are Made.

The Royal Ballet will present a three-hour livestream, beginning with daily Company Class, before moving into rehearsals and conversations exploring the transmission of knowledge, and sharing how choreography is passed on to new generations

We'll be taking audiences inside the rehearsal room to discover how teaching and coaching bring ballet to life, and we're excited to be featuring The Royal Ballet School and Birmingham Royal Ballet in our livestream.

The stream will also be supported with BSL and an Audio Description service.

Did you know we are the only Dance School who offers Contemporary Rambert Grades in York?

Have currently have space for more 6-8 year olds in our Tuesday 5.15pm class and it’s the best dance style to use as a creative outlet!

If your child is always making up dances around the house they’ll love it! No previous dance experience needed. If they’ve tried ballet before and didn’t like it because there are so many rules it’s worth giving contemporary a try too. It’s more creative and less restrictive!

Our Contemporary teacher, Miss Alison is so passionate about what she does, she truly is an outstanding teacher 🥰
