For anyone new to this page, hi, this is me, Chloe.

In case you’re curious about what I do, I teach yoga and work as a yoga therapist and an IFS (internal family systems) practitioner.

To give you some background, I first tried yoga at 16 and was impressed with how it made me feel. But it wasn’t until my early twenties, while recovering from illness, that I began to practice it more regularly - especially the relaxation elements. This sparked my interest in the therapeutic application of yoga and how it could be used to support improved health and wellbeing.

I started my first teacher training in 2010 and in 2020 qualified as a yoga therapist with the Minded Institute.

Then in 2017 I was introduced to IFS and discovered this wonderful system for working more deeply with the mind and our patterns and behaviours. In 2025 I qualified as a Level 3 IFS practitioner.

I’m interested in the influence our bodies, minds, emotions and sense of connection have on our health and overall happiness. I have particular experience working with stress and anxiety, disordered eating and body image and trauma and ptsd.

What a great achievement and testament to all the staff - owners, teachers and those behind the scenes that keep the studio running smoothly and effortlessly - plus the wonderful students here .
The studio is great asset to the community and brings benefits to so many, whether it’s physical or mental health and wellbeing, growth and learning or social connection.

So true.

No amount of new technology will stop warfare, injustice, racism, or the climate crisis, because all of these are rooted in the human heart. So we must match the rapidly growing outer technology with our inner technology of loving awareness and sacred intention.

Early Morning Yoga
7-8am

Four morning classes of yoga to help you rise and shine in May. Every Wednesday at 7am you’ll get to move through a slow flow practice to blast away the cobwebs.
