For anyone new to this page, hi, this is me, Chloe.
In case you’re curious about what I do, I teach yoga and work as a yoga therapist and an IFS (internal family systems) practitioner.
To give you some background, I first tried yoga at 16 and was impressed with how it made me feel. But it wasn’t until my early twenties, while recovering from illness, that I began to practice it more regularly - especially the relaxation elements. This sparked my interest in the therapeutic application of yoga and how it could be used to support improved health and wellbeing.
I started my first teacher training in 2010 and in 2020 qualified as a yoga therapist with the Minded Institute.
Then in 2017 I was introduced to IFS and discovered this wonderful system for working more deeply with the mind and our patterns and behaviours. In 2025 I qualified as a Level 3 IFS practitioner.
I’m interested in the influence our bodies, minds, emotions and sense of connection have on our health and overall happiness. I have particular experience working with stress and anxiety, disordered eating and body image and trauma and ptsd.
