Well last night was our final presentation night as the boys finished their Penallta Rfc Mini & Junior journey.

10 years of being a part of a fantastic team, not just with the boys, but the coaches, parents, supporters and everyone else involved in our brilliant club.

Thank you to everyone who has helped and supported us through these 10 years. It's really has been appreciated.

Presentation last night was an amazing event, as you'd expect. Thank you to everyone who helped to organise and set up the night.

Our band for the evening was none other than our own Evan Burridges Redwood City (Owain Burridge). And they did an absolutely brilliant job.

We were also extremely lucky to have Dragons RFC Head Coach Dai Flanagan present to hand out our player trophies, individual awards and 10 years club caps. Thank you so much for taking the time to be with us.

Just catching up on yesterdays Dragons RFC U16's Cup Final Day.

What a day it was!

We are immensely proud of these fine young men. They worked so hard right until the final whistle, against officially the best team in the Dragons region. We might not have been on the right side of the score sheet, but we competed throughout, scored a beautiful, converted try and gave them a hell of a game.

Well done to Cwmbran Rfc U16's who deserved the win. You've got a great team there. 👏👏👏

It was a fantastic match between two fantastic groups of players and a brilliant way to finish our last fixture as junior rugby players.

This is the final Penallta Rfc U16's squad of junior rugby for our boys. What a season it has been. Lots of ups and downs, but what a way to finish our final fixture of the season as a junior rugby team.

Whatever the result tomorrow, you've made us so proud as coaches, parents and supporters.

Tomorrows game for the Pitmen is a short trip down the M4 to Bridgend Sports RFC Minis & Juniors Section U16's.

It was a great contest between these 2 teams the last time around. Let's hope for the same this weekend. 💪

Absolutely amazing news for the team. We have been called into the Dragons RFC U16's Cup final 😃, due to one of the teams unfortunately having to withdraw.

The final will be held at Rodney Parade on Saturday 13th May, 1:30pm KO.

It would be great to see as much support there as possible, especially as it will be our final ever game of Junior rugby.
