Have no fear, though - our nature-loving Lucy managed to pick them up and move them out of harm's way.

The first bit of good news is that groups resume this week following my recent accident - hurrah! π
The second bit of good news is this Dr Chatterjee podcast episode about walking! Well worth a listen, and many of the walking gait points discussed relate to the INWA Nordic Walking technique, such as the importance of foot-roll, propulsion and power, arm swing, rotation, and eyes to the horizon!
