On the 30th November, 2019 the Grenada Football Association, commenced it Female Grassroots Program in St. George's. The target group is 5 to 12 years old . The program is steadily growing and the aim is to launch the sessions in all of the other parishes, including Carriacou and Petite Martinique.
Sessions are under the guidance of Women's Development Officer, Mr. Harry Varley and Coach Rockel Hood.
Initially, the sessions were held on Sundays, however, from Saturday 7th March 2020 and every Saturday thereafter, sessions will be from 9am to 11am at Queens Park Ground 2.
