Grenada Golflands

The Grenada Golf Club & St. George's University Athletics Department Golf Tournament will be held on Saturday March 11, 2017 from 8:00am.

Grenada Independence Golf Tournament was a great success thanks to our sponsors - Blue Horizons Garden Resort, Coyaba Beach Resort, Sandals La Source Grenada and Spice Island Inn Beach Resort.

We also thank Patricia Maher - CEO of the Grenada Tourism Authority for presenting the prizes and trophies to the winners.

Grenadian golfers and visitors get ready for the annual Independence Golf Tournament next month.

Grenada's only Golf Course in the south of the island was opened in 1935 and is presently a par 67, with 9 holes, 18 tee boxes and 5165yds in length. The lush green fairways and elevated greens nests between hills with a panoramic view of Clark's Court Bay and the famous Grand Anse Beach. One can experience tropical weather with gentle prevailing winds throughout the year. The course though challenging offers opportunities for memorable birdies and holes-in-one.

Opens from 7:00am to 8:00pm. Phone us at 444-4128 or 404-6681 to arrange a specific tee-off time. The club accepts credit cards, and EC and US currencies. Rental clubs and pull carts are available. Also, Golf accessories can be purchased at the club's golf shop.

Caddy Service and Golf Lessons for beginners are provided, upon request. Bar services are also available.

Golf is played generally without supervision and relies on one's integrity, consideration for others, appreciation of nature and commitment to abide by the rules.

Players are expected at all times to wear appropriate attire (polo shirt, pair of slacks and golf shoes) , register before teeing off, demonstrate courtesy and good sportsmanship.
