CDACT Announces Appointment and Strategic Partnership with Mr. Kevin Andall

The Center for Development and Certification Training (CDACT) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Kevin Andall as Chairperson of the CDACT Advisory Committee and the establishment of a strategic partnership aimed at advancing education, leadership development, workforce readiness, and institutional excellence throughout Grenada and the wider Caribbean.

Mr. Andall is a distinguished educational leader, public administrator, and advocate for human resource development whose career has been dedicated to strengthening educational systems, developing leadership capacity, and supporting national development initiatives. His extensive experience as a Permanent Secretary in the Government of Grenada, coupled with his commitment to educational innovation and organizational effectiveness, makes him an invaluable addition to the CDACT leadership team.

Mr. Andall is a passionate champion of leadership development and educational transformation. He is widely recognized for conceptualizing the Leadership in Education Programme for principals, deputy principals, and teachers in collaboration with the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean. This initiative has significantly contributed to strengthening leadership capacity within Grenada’s education sector by equipping educational leaders with essential competencies in strategic planning, communication, organizational leadership, and change management. His work continues to focus on educational excellence, innovation, strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, and professional development.

Recognized for his collaborative leadership style, commitment to lifelong learning, and dedication to developing people and institutions, Mr. Andall continues to make a significant contribution to education, leadership development, and national transformation in Grenada and the wider Caribbean.

As Chairperson of the Advisory Committee, Mr. Andall will provide strategic guidance and oversight in advancing CDACT's vision and mission, strengthening governance frameworks, fostering strategic partnerships, and supporting the continuous growth and development of the institution.
