CDACT is proud to be participating in the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) workshop titled "Specialized Training and Sensitization to Strengthen and Enhance Knowledge Capacity, Policy Making and Negotiating Skills of Public and Private Sector Stakeholders in the Services Sector."

Facilitated by Mr. Audel Cunningham, this highly informative workshop provides participants with valuable insights into international trade in services, policy development, trade negotiations, and strategies for strengthening the competitiveness of the services sector across the OECS.

The workshop is organized by the Division of Trade and Export Development, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Export Development, and brings together public and private sector stakeholders to enhance regional knowledge, build technical capacity, and support informed policy and decision-making.

Today, we proudly celebrate Pheona Williams on receiving the prestigious Best Customer Service Agent Award at the Grenada Airports Authority.

Pheona's achievement is a shining example of what dedication, hard work, and quality training can accomplish. She successfully completed her Customer Service training at CDACT, where she demonstrated a passion for serving others with professionalism and excellence.

As part of her training journey, Pheona was afforded the opportunity to complete her internship at the Grenada Airports Authority, where she gained valuable practical experience and further developed the skills that have contributed to her success today.
