Congratulations to our very own Coach Tara on her new appointment as Grenada’s Country Lead for the Discover Water Programme!

We know you will use the lessons and practical approaches learned through the programme to inspire confidence in the water, promote water safety, expand aquatic participation, and create meaningful opportunities for children and communities across Grenada.

As Head Coach of Grenfin’s Learn-to-Swim Programme, Coach Tara plays an important role in helping our newest swimmers develop confidence, skills, and a lifelong love of the water! 💦

We are beyond proud of our Grenfin swimmers for an incredible performance at the RHAC Invitational 2026 in St. Lucia 🇱🇨 over the Easter weekend!

17 swimmers represented our club, competing against 31 teams from across the Caribbean—and they truly delivered!

Congratulations to every swimmer! 🌟 From personal bests to record-breaking swims and podium finishes, our team showed up and showed out! 🔥

🌟 Highlights:
🚨 Kaleb Williams smashed the 15–17 Boys 400m IM RHAC record (5:35.54) and the 200m breaststroke record (2:42.02)
🏆 Keshon Cobb – 3rd Place in Boys 9–10 Age Group
🥇🥈🥉 29 Medals Overall: 4 Gold | 12 Silver | 13 Bronze
💥 Personal Bests: Achieved across the board in most events
🙌 Team Results: 🏊‍♀️ Women – 8th | 🏊‍♂️ Men – 4th | Overall – 7th!

Sara Dowden is proudly holding the NCAA Division II National Championship trophy after the Nova Southeastern University women’s swim team secured the national title this past weekend.

Coach Ben and team members joined her in recognition during halftime of the men’s basketball game, marking a proud moment for Grenadian swimming on the international stage. 🇬🇩
