🥋 CONGRATULATIONS, SENSEI FRANCESCA ALONGI! 🥋

The Grenada Shotokan Karate Association is proud to announce that Francesca Alongi has successfully obtained the following technical qualifications:
✅ 2D Judge
✅ 2D Instructor
✅ 2D Examiner

Sensei Alongi sat her technical examinations in March 2026 under the esteemed Shuseki Shihan Frank Woon-A-Tai of the International Karate Daigaku.

All certifications are awarded by the International Karate Daigaku (IKD) , meaning her qualifications are recognised worldwide. This is a significant achievement that places her among a select group of internationally certified karate instructors and officials.

This milestone is a crucial step forward for the GSKA and strengthens our technical capacity, opening new possibilities for the association, including:
- Facilitating additional classes to serve more students
- Expanding our instructor team and development programmes
- Building local capacity for the growth of Shotokan Karate in Grenada
- Elevating the standard of instruction within our dojos

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Sensei Alongi on this outstanding achievement. Her dedication to karate and to the GSKA is truly inspiring.
