Healing isn’t just for the counseling room. 🕊️
When we aim for growth, we often uncover the areas where we are hurting. Whether it’s emotional, physical, or spiritual pain, acknowledging it is the first step toward moving forward.
God doesn’t just use one dynamic to bring wholeness; He uses all things - Counselling and Coaching.
Healing isn’t a one-and-done session. It’s a lifetime journey, and there is absolutely a place for it within the coaching space.
As a coach, I believe in creating a space where you can both heal and grow.
If you’re ready to start that journey, let’s walk together. DM me to connect. 🤝

Often, we think of holiness as an unreachable standard - something reserved for the “perfect.” But what if holiness is actually a way of life that brings deep peace and success?
In my latest video, I talk about Practical Holiness: the simple, brave desire to let nothing come between you and your relationship with God. It’s not about being perfect; it’s about being wholly devoted.
When we put God first, the “messy middle” of our daily existence starts to make sense. It touches every corner of our lives:
🧠 Our Thoughts: What are we dwelling on?
⏳ Our Time: How are we stewarding our days?
💰 Our Finances: Are they aligned with our values?
🤝 Our Relationships: Are we choosing love, even when it’s hard?
Holiness starts with the brave act of being honest and identifying the friction in our lives. It’s not always easy, but it is the path to true transformation. 🌿
Let’s Reflect:
What is one area of your life where you feel a “barrier” between you and God today?
Share with me in the comments or send me a DM. I’d love to hear from you and pray with you! 👇
✨ What does “Practical Holiness” look like? ✨
In the Church of the Nazarene, holiness isn’t just an abstract concept - it’s a daily practice! 🙏 Practical holiness means letting nothing come between us and our relationship with God. It’s about putting Him first in:
Our relationships 🤝
Our thoughts 🧠
Our time ⏳
Our finances 💰
Let’s strive to live in a way that reflects God’s love in every area of our lives! ❤️✨

Stopping the “emotional dam” from breaking is a full-time job, and let’s be honest - the benefits package is terrible. 🙇♀️
Whether you’re navigating a major life transition or just trying to survive the bedtime routine without losing your cool, the first step is often the hardest. But as the quote says, it doesn’t have to be a giant leap; a tiny, intentional shuffle in the right direction counts just as much.
Processing your feelings isn’t just “woo-woo” talk - it’s how you reclaim your energy from the things that are quietly draining you.
How we can take that step together:
🌀 1:1 Private Coaching: If you’re ready for a deep dive into your personal goals and want a roadmap tailored specifically to your life, let’s get you on the calendar.
🌀 Emotional Regulation for Parents Cohort: Parenting is a marathon run on Lego-covered floors. Join our upcoming cohort to learn how to manage your triggers and show up as the calm, grounded parent you actually want to be.
Ready to move?
DM me to book your private session or grab your spot in the parenting cohort. Let’s turn that “pushing down” into “moving forward.”

Stop just “taking a deep breath.” 🛑💨
We’ve all heard it when things get overwhelming: “Just take a deep breath.” But as I’ve been advocating recently, sometimes a breath is just a band-aid for the stress we’re living in. It helps for a moment, but it doesn’t change the trajectory of the stress you’re enduring.
Real stress management isn’t about eliminating every person or project from your life—those things often still have to get done. It’s about looking inward and asking: “What do I know intrinsically about myself that I need, but am not getting?”.
Are you honoring how you were created?
If you’re a writer, are you making time to write every day?
If you’re a talker, do you have someone to talk to?
Are you getting your morning devotions or time to just sit and listen?
We don’t manage stress by patching it up; we manage it by welcoming who we were created to be and filling the needs that have been placed within us.
What is one intrinsic need you’ve been ignoring lately? Let’s talk in the comments. 👇

Emotional Check-in Monday ✨ It’s rainy here in Tbilisi, and it has me thinking: are we filling our lives with “fixes” or are we actually filling our souls?
Instead of asking “How can I get through this?”, try asking:
✨What do I know about my intrinsic needs?
✨How am I welcoming who God created me to be?
✨Am I making time for the things that make me me?
Let’s stop just breathing and start actually living. 🌿

Establishing a “Marriage Equilibrium” isn’t about finding a perfect 50/50 split every single day - it’s about recognizing when the scales have tipped too far in one direction. ⚖️
Most couples we see get stuck in one of two lanes:
1️⃣ The “Business Partners” Lane: You have the schedules, the chore charts, and the budget down to a science, but you feel like roommates. The structure is there, but the spark is missing.
2️⃣ The “Emotional Rollercoaster” Lane: You love deeply and talk often, but life feels chaotic. Without systems for hard conversations or finances, the relationship feels like it’s constantly treading water.
A resilient marriage needs both. Structure is the safety net for your love. It creates the space where vulnerability and connection can actually happen without the fear of everything falling apart.
But here’s the kicker: even with perfect habits and deep feelings, your internal narrative can sabotage it all. If you’re harboring “hidden conversations” in your head about your partner, it’s time to bring them into the light.
Which side of the scale feels a little light for you this week?
🔹 Do you need better systems (Habit-Focused)?
🔹 Do you need more presence (Emotion-Focused)?
Let’s talk about it in the comments or slide into my DMs! 👇
