New lindy hop beginners group 🎷

Join and .ki93 for a new series of Lindy Hop classes starting March 23rd. Lindy hop is a fun social dance focused on community and improvisation — a great way to unwind after a long day of work, meet new people and enjoy some jazz tunes.

✨ First class is free
💰Cost of classes: single — 30 GEL, passes: 90/130/160 for 4/6/8 classes.

Our beginner group is starting to learn Musicality this week, and you can join if you want to refresh your musicality skills or dive into this topic from scratch!
You’ll need to know the very basics of Lindy Hop (basic step, standard change places, swing-out, etc.)

🕺What will we be working on?
• How to add variety to your dance using just a small set of basic moves
• How to really hear the music and play with accents through movement
• Footwork and variations of familiar figures
• Follower initiative
• Connection and interaction within the couple, attention to your partner
• The mood of the dance, its dynamics, and more
