ადამიანი ვინც არ არის დაკავებული ფიზიკური აქტივობით დღის განმავლობაშ მისი გული დაახლოებით 115,200 დარტყმას აკეთებს და ის ვინც ფორმაშია , ვარჯიშობს ან სპორტით არის დაკავებული , მისი გულის ცემა 24 საათის განმავლობაში დაახლოებით 86,400 .
