2025 has been a year of some incredible highs 🥹

❤️got married has to be number 1!
❤️ travelled to Scotland, UK, Greece, Orlando, Jamaica, Bahamas, Mexico and Grand Cayman
❤️ had the honor of being bridesmaid twice!
❤️ had the best business year to date!

Whilst this year is filled with highs, it hasn't been without its hardships. At this time of year, whilst people are sharing their achievements and highs, please remember no one shows the negatives on social media. It's okay to feel however you're feeling, a new year is on the way and hopefully it's filled with everything you wish for 🫶

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank all my incredible clients for your support and commitment to me as a personal trainer and as a person.

You've witnessed me experience some incredible milestones this year. I've felt so lucky to have incredible clients who were genuinely excited and happy for me.

She's baaaaaack 💪🥳

We've had the most incredible month off for our wedding and honeymoon. Behind the jet lag and sadness that its all over I am looking forward to seeing you all again!
