Covid-19 Policy

The world has gone crazy with this Corona Virus and hope everyone is keeping well.

The gym will be open for business and, if you are happy to come, I am still going to continue training clients until further notice.

I will be making all clients wash their hands on arrival and cleaning down all equipment used after each client leaves.

Of course If anyone decides they would rather stay away for now, for any reason, I will totally understand, just let me know.

I do however request that if you feel at all ‘under the weather’ to just postpone their session.

Hoping to see you all at the gym soon.
