We apologise for the temporary disruption in half of room 1 whilst the new flooring is going down.
Don’t forget we are lucky enough to have 4 gyms under 1 roof so if any of the equipment you usually use in room 1 is temporarily out of action you will find a similar piece of equipment in some of the other rooms.
We hope to have all the equipment back in place shortly.

PLEASE KEEP THE NOISE DOWN WHEN LEAVING THE GYM. NO RUNNING ENGINES. NO LOUD MUSIC! IFYOU NEED TO CHAT WITH YOUR MATES PLEASE DO IT IN THE GYM AND NOT IN THE CAR PARK AS VOICES CARRY, ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT TIME.
