Overtraining syndrome can affect all training individuals from beginners to professional athletes.
Keep in mind the symptoms so you can be aware to avoid overtraining, and therefore avoid injuries, setbacks, plateauing... and even to prevent reaching a point where you are not happy with your training and lose motivation.
Listen to your mind and your body and allow them to take a break if they need it. You'll come back to exercise refreshed and energized.

When it comes to lose or gain weight, there is no magical pill or detox juice ..... that can make you achieve your target! So keep it simple! if you are looking to lose some weight you have to be in caloric deficit( what you burn is more than what you eat) and there is so many ways to achieve it. Or if your goal is to gain weight and muscle then you should be in a caloric surplus.
In both scenarios hitting the gym and working out is your pillar to achieving your goal. ππ»ββοΈπͺπ»ππ»ππΌββοΈ
