EFL CUP: LIVERPOOL VS ARSENAL
Two of the household names in English and European football Liverpool and Arsenal are set to lock hones in the first leg of the semi-final of the Carabao cup at 7:45 pm at Anfield, the home of the REDS with the second set to be played on Thursday 20 January 2022. A game which was initially scheduled to be played on Thursday 6 of January 2022 was cancelled due to the spread of covid-19.
Liverpool has won with a three goal margin in their last two games against the Gunners, with Arsenal failing to score in both games. With Chelsea having secured their qualifications to the finals after 3-0 aggregated scoreline in both legs against Tottenham Hotspurs, the two teams already know the task ahead of them going into this clash.
