Former Kotoko, Black Starlets Physical Trainer Derrick Owusu Opens Ultra-Modern Sports Gym In Dome
A modern state of the art fitness center has been opened at Dome in Accra to cater for the fitness and wellness of its inhabitants and beyond.
Under the name, *Fit & Fine Gym*, the facility which is one of its kind with professionally designed high-end equipments and all advanced fitness programs, is the brainchild of former Asante Kotoko, Black Starlets and Inter Allies physical trainer Derrick Owusu, popularly known in football circles as ‘Nana Sei’.
The gym which is a few months old has been providing best of fitness and wellness sessions for the people of Dome and beyond as it aspires to be the beacon of healthy living and mascot of fitness.
The gym which is stuffed with over 30 ultra-modern equipments is fully air conditioned and has a toilet facility and a shower provision for both male and female participants.
The experienced physical trainer was in charge of the fitness of the Ghana Black Starlets prior to their trip to India for the FIFA Under 17 World Cup, and the national under-17 and 20 male teams of Uganda.
According to him, the *Fit & Fine Gym* also caters for professional athletes, footballers, normal gym goers and any new beginner who wants to get into fitness.
The ex-British soldier who is a fitness coach and has specialized in football fitness is one of the best in the profession and spends time and money to upgrade himself yearly to improve the fitness of his clients.
