Timothy 2:8 says "I desire therefore that men pray everywhere, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting" and Luke 18:1 says, "...that men ought always to pray, and not to faint." Change Effecters Summit is about bringing people together to engage in strategic prayers to change the course of human lives, local churches, global communities and the nations of our world from the throne room perspective. God cannot respond to the human condition on Earth until someone on Earth lifts up prayer. At Change Effecters Summit, we believe there is hope for every situation as long as there is intercession. We are calling all intercessors to come together regularly and lift up prayer for families, communities and nations to see the Power, Plan and Purpose of God manifest in the Earth like never before. We live in an hour when men need to know what to pray for and when to pray for it. We must use strategy to defeat the plans of the enemy and destroy the works of darkness.
