Some have keen eyes, some agile legs, others have crafty hands or simply love what they do; regardless of what is your case I will assure you that we all have ears to hear you reflections, patience to dissect your thoughts and a very open mind to your ideas. Our aim is:
• To become the largest network of young motivational speakers in Ghana and abroad
• We encourage speakers from all areas from company motivational strategy and community action to academic and personal inspiration speaking
• To offer an open platform where African ideas are shared and empowered
• We will provide resources widely available to you all (print, digital and online)
• We recommend members to nurture others in speaking engagements
• Each member has to participate at other members speaking events. (Those present need to be acknowledged by the speaker)
• To organize motivational talks across the country under wide variety of platforms – called MSN Talk (Webinars, Seminars, workshops)
• We offer profiling of all the members/speakers on our website and other affiliated platforms
• Produce audio/video recording of the talk events and make it widely available to the world

Provide certification and training for speakers. All members adhere to social acceptable code of conduct.
