This workout is done @ the end of your chest workout to pump more blood and further isolate the chest for more chest gains. Go through all the 3 exercises before taking a rest.

This workout is divided into 2 giant set.
First giant set :
Dips 4sets x 15 reps
Push ups 4 sets of 15 reps
Standing DB chest fly 4 sets of 15 reps
Second Giant set:
Barbell straight arm pull over 4 sets of 10 reps
Dumbbell fly 4 sets of 21 reps
Standing plate press 4 sets of 15 reps.
