Day 7 was from Cape Coast to Winneba. It was a smooth, steady and fun ride culminating in a delicious lunch at Dawadawa restaurant at Winneba Restaurant.

You can do anything you put your mind to. Early last year I grew tired of spending about 2 and a half hours every morning and evening in traffic on my 20km commute to work. So in March of 2020, I decided to ride my bike to work marking the beginning of my cycling work Commute adventures. Since then I've been to the office 186 times and have saved over 32,753mins on my commutes. Here are the stats of my first year cycling to work. I hope it motivates you to challenge yourself to do whatever it is you've been meaning to do as it has inspired me to continue my cycling adventures.
Every challenge starts with a single step/act so challenge yourself to cycle to work or do what you've been meaning to do all these while.

Today being the International Day for Street Children, we joined up with the Street Children Empowerment Foundation and other Street-connected organisation to raise awareness about street children. Join the conversation to get children off the street and empower their parents to take care of them.
