Hello, my name is Veronika and I teach pole dance and flexibility classes in Gibraltar (now also online). Join me for a fun workout! Ready to try something new?
No previous experience with pole needed. Pole dance is an amazing workout that will bring out the best in you. It develops strength, endurance, flexibility and what's more - it's FUN. Physical classes at Physique Gym (69 Devil's Tower Road, Gibraltar):
Monday 6 pm - MIX POLE (£10)
Monday 7:15 pm - FLEXIBILITY middle splits (£7)
Tuesday 7 pm - ADVANCED POLE (£10)
Wednesday 5:30 pm - BEGINNERS POLE
