The road to London

OVER AND OUT FOR THIS YEAR.... INJURY NOT HEALED SO HAD TO PULL OUT OF THIS YEAR'S ATTEMPT AT THE LONDON MARATHON, THANKS FOR ALL THE SUPPORT..... I'LL BE BACK

GBC to Commonwealth on to Europa and Finish at GBC

Well I’ve waited a bit to post plans for latest challenge as I tried work out if I was totally nuts,turns out I am so, from the 14th December through to the 21st I plan to walk 100km, the distance is poignant as it’s roughly the distance from St Bernard’s Hospital to Xanit (Benalmadena) two places that kept me alive 10years ago when I suffered my first stroke.
I’m starting off on Saturday (14th) with here to there and back again (Victoria Stadium to Europa Point) at 10:30 in the morning and a round the Rock on the Sunday. Other walking routes will be decided closer the time.
If people would like to join me they’re more than welcome. You don’t have to walk every day or the whole distance, just come along and join me when you can.
Not asking for your cash, but if you want to donate to my next London Marathon attempt next April (all in aid of The Stroke Association)

Sorry to say I’ve had to withdraw from London Marathon at 6 mile mark due to a health issue
I’m thankful for all the wonderful support
Donation have been fantastic and I’m truly grateful
Already thinking of the next adventure
