A dynamic class focused on flexibility, strength, technique and progression. Students will work on improving their lines, control, balance and overall dance technique through targeted stretching and strengthening exercises.

Each class may also include new tricks, skills and progressions, helping dancers safely develop their abilities and push their limits. From time to time, we’ll also bring everything together through choreography, giving students the opportunity to apply their technique and movement skills.

Our girls have fun, work hard and grow every single day! 🤍✨
