What a fabulous morning it's been promoting the Breast Cancer Support Group's 'Move the B**b' campaign and dancing it out with all those wonderful little ones.

I've been receiving quite a few messages from a lot of you parents asking if my classes are coming back.

Soooo if there are enough of you interested let's make it happen.

Drop me a message privately and let me know and I'll start getting venues ready if so 🙏

Next Saturday I’ll be hosting a children’s Wellness session for ages 5-10 at Kings Bastion (with a little bit of wiggle room for siblings/cousins to attend together).

10am - 12 noon, drop off session.

As always, it will be super interactive and fun. Prepayment is required to book the slot as spaces are limited, with a 24 hour cancellation notice to be given for a full refund.

Drop off and pick up for our morning workshop will be at George Don Gates (big steps in the Alameda car park near the cable car) at 8.55am and 11.35am.

For the afternoon session it will be drop off 1.55pm and pick up 4.35pm

Mid Term Kids workshops:

Monday 25th October - Mindful Moments to Welcome Autumn workshop

9 - 11.30am Ages 4-8
2 - 4.30pm Ages 8-11

£20 prepayment per child to secure a spot as spaces will be limited.

Autumn is a time for new beginnings.

We notice how trees do not cling to their leaves. Autumn is all about releasing the old to make way for the new, it’s a time for growth and development.

The temperature drops, the colours in our surroundings change, the children’s daily activities change from being at the beach daily to getting back into the school routine and after school clubs, even daylight changes. All of this affects children in many ways.

In this workshop we will be helping children with times of transition, how to embrace changes and non attachment through mindful activities, play and creativity.

Friday 29th October - Halloween Spooktacular! (Fancy dress encouraged).

9 - 11.30am Ages 4-8
2 - 4.30pm Ages 8-11

£20 prepayment per child to secure a spot as spaces will be limited.

This will be a fun workshop with heaps of creative activities, dance, movement, and more!

All workshops will be held at the Alameda Botanical Gardens (weather permitting). Should the weather not hold up we will provide an indoor venue.

As always we will have some discretionary wiggle room with regards to age groups for siblings etc

Gibraltar Dramatherapy

Here are the last batch of photos from our Summer Children's Wellness Programme. As you can see children were engaged in meaningful activities for a total of 4 weeks! The children were allowed to negotiate, learn to tolerate difference, connect with nature, others, and most importantly to have FUN.

Here are some from our older age group. This was such a high energy and knowledgeable group. Every single week at the camp was different to each other, and yet all were full of fun, growth, development and laughter!
