​Due to the severe weather warnings in Gibraltar, Bushido Ju Jitsu Academy will be CLOSED TODAY.

​The safety of our students and instructors is our top priority. We plan to resume all classes and be back on the mats this Friday.

Please note that due to the severe weather conditions, all classes today are cancelled.

We are proud to announce that the 2026 United Nations Ju Jitsu Association Conference will be hosted right here on the Rock of Gibraltar from October 9th–11th, 2026.

Organized by Sensei Tony and Professor Martin Dixon (10th Dan, BJJA & UNJJA Country Representative), this prestigious event marks the third time our Academy has brought this world-class gathering to Gibraltar.

​We expect to welcome 300 to 350 participants, including world-renowned Masters, Professors, and students. It is a true honour for our Academy to showcase our National Team—comprised of both children and adults—as they compete alongside elite international athletes. This is an invaluable experience for our students and a proud moment for our nation.

As the summer comes to an end, we are happy to announce that the club officially reopens for all today!

Just as a reminder our opening hours are as follows:

Ages 4-7: 5:30pm to 6:30pm
Ages 8-15: 6:30pm to 7:30pm
Adults & Teens: 7:30pm to 9:00pm

If you're looking to learn self-defence through traditional Ju-Jitsu or just want to try something new, come on down to our premises at North Jumpers Bastion.

Good morning!

Here's some important information for the upcoming days:

This coming weekend, we're looking forward to visiting our students, friends and families at Tangiers for a Ju-Jitsu weekend.

Keep an eye out for more information later today regarding children's summer sports activities throughout July.

Our gradings will take place this Wednesday, June 25th. Following the gradings, all academy adults are invited to a dinner at Jumpers Restaurant.

Please note that this Wednesday marks our last official training day before our summer break. We'll be back and ready to start the 2025/2026 training season on Monday, September 8th.

A huge thank you to all our students for your dedication and full support during the Academy's successful first six months of Ju-Jitsu!
