We said we would be honest, so here is the reality.

Manchester 62 does not have months.

Because of licensing deadlines and the requirements needed for the club to continue, we need to raise as much of the ยฃ250,000 target as possible within the next week or so.

To be completely clear:
This money is for historic debts only.

Not a playing budget.
Not future wages.
Not facilities.
Not expenses for us.
Not anything that gives an investor a return.

It is to help repay debts left behind, including money owed to people who gave their time, effort and trust to Manchester 62.

That is why this is so hard to fund in the usual way.

Investors normally put money into something that can grow, create value, or offer a return. This does none of that. It is money going straight into clearing damage from the past, simply so the club has a chance to survive.

The ยฃ250,000 target will not even clear the full debt.
It is part of it.

As a consortium, we have already committed to taking responsibility for the rest, knowing there is no return from doing so. We are doing that because without it, Manchester 62 may not have a future.

But the timescales now are urgent.

With licensing deadlines ahead, we need help to clear as much of this historic debt as possible, as quickly as possible.

We know ยฃ250,000 is a huge amount.
We know not everyone can donate.

But if you can donate, share, tag someone who may be able to help, make an introduction, or simply help get the GoFundMe seen, it could genuinely make a difference.

This is not panic.
This is transparency.
The next week matters.

Please help us give Manchester 62 a chance to stay alive.

Bit of a long shot, but we have to ask.

We are part of a consortium looking to take over Manchester 62 FC in Gibraltar and stop the club from disappearing.

For those who do not know the story, Manchester 62 was founded in 1962 with the blessing of Sir Matt Busby, and the clubโ€™s Manchester United connection is a huge part of its history and identity.

Right now, one of the biggest things we need is help getting this story in front of the right people.

We are trying to reach anyone who may have a connection to Manchester United or the wider United family.

That could be former players, ex-staff, foundation contacts, fan media, supportersโ€™ groups, club partners, journalists, creators, or simply someone who knows someone who may be able to point us in the right direction.

We are not expecting Manchester United to swoop in and save the day.

We are simply trying to open conversations, ask for advice, make the right introductions, and get more visibility around what we are trying to do.

The club has been through an incredibly difficult period. There are historic debts that need dealing with, including money owed to people who gave their time, effort and trust to Manchester 62.

That is why the GoFundMe has been set up - to help clear as much of that historic debt as possible, protect the club, and allow it to be rebuilt properly under a new structure.

But right now, visibility and introductions could make a massive difference.

If you know anyone connected to Manchester United, past or present, or anyone who may be able to help us get this story seen by the right people, please get in touch.

Even one introduction could genuinely help.

Please share this if you can.

We know people will have questions.

Questions about the consortium.
Questions about the takeover.
Questions about the fundraising.
Questions about what happens next.
Questions about the future of Manchester 62.

And honestly, that is completely fair.

This club has been through a lot, and we fully understand why people will want clarity before giving their support, trust or belief.

So we want to open this up properly.

Ask us anything.

Whether it is about the fundraising, the debts, the plans for the club, the people involved, the takeover process, the football side, the community side, or what we are trying to build moving forward - please put your questions in the comments.

We will answer as many as we possibly can.

Our number one aim throughout all of this is simple:

Transparency.

We want people to understand what we are doing, why we are doing it, where the money is going, and how we plan to give Manchester 62 a future again.

So please, ask away.

We would rather have the conversations openly than leave people guessing.

Thank you again to everyone who has supported, shared, donated, messaged, challenged us, or simply taken the time to care.

Now over to you.

What would you like to know?

In 1962, one of football's greatest figures gave permission for a club in Gibraltar to carry the name Manchester.

That man was Sir Matt Busby.

That club was Manchester 62.

For more than 60 years, Manchester 62 has proudly carried the name of Manchester and played its part in Gibraltar's football story.

Today, that story is at risk of ending.

Manchester 62 is carrying historic debts exceeding ยฃ500,000 and faces the biggest challenge in its history.

Without action, a football club founded with Sir Matt Busby's blessing could disappear forever.

Not next year.

Not in a decade.

Now.

That's why the campaign to Save Manchester 62 has begun.

We are fighting to protect a club, a community and a unique piece of football history.

If you can donate, thank you.

If you can share, thank you.

If you can help us spread the word, thank you.

Because saving Manchester 62 won't be achieved by one person.

It will be achieved by thousands of people who believe some football clubs are worth fighting for.

One generation founded Manchester 62.

Another generation kept it alive.

Now it's our turn.

Our Promise: Every donation made is an act of trust. We are committed to complete transparency throughout this campaign and will provide regular updates on our progress. Should we be unable to raise sufficient funds to achieve the campaign's objective of securing Manchester 62's future, all donations will be refunded in full to the original donors.

Mika has been incredible this season. Goals, big moments, proper quality and a constant threat every time he steps on the pitch.

A massive well done to Lucas Rebagliati and Pape Ly Ibrahima, who both had outstanding seasons and made this vote a proper contest.
